Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, with a legacy of 70 years of educational engagement, is a site of learning for more than twenty-five thousand students from different states of India and different parts of the world. It is a name to reckon with in the field of higher education in India. Students of varied background and nationalities live, learn and play in the sprawling University town, nestled on a plateau in the southern coast of India. It has about 3000 faculty and almost 10000 other support and service staff, who form the base of various professional institutions in health sciences, engineering, management, communication and humanities. Manipal International Summer School (MISS) – 2024 is an initiative to introduce the expertise of the different disciplines at MAHE to international students. The initiative is centrally coordinated by The Office of International Affairs & Collaborations (OIAC). The office facilitates student mobility, faculty mobility, study abroad programs, semester exchanges, Erasmus+ engagements and cooperation with new and existing partner universities. With MISS 2024, OIAC hopes to make Manipal a place to visit for students across the globe.
